We are delighted to reveal the fourth Athrú single cask bottling – at cask strength. Our most recent release, a 17-year-old Oloroso finish Single Cask is an exceptional example of what can be done when using great casks.
Aged for 14 years in American bourbon casks and finished for three in the finest Oloroso sherry cask, waves of dried fruit and warming spices mingle with rich noble wood, creating a superb high aged malt. The cask yielded just 310 bottles at 54.7%.

Nose: Lots of rich wood notes leading to dried fruit, nutmeg and warming spice.
Taste: Black coffee and walnut move to a wave of sweet raisins, sultanas and vanilla.
Finish: The warming wood finish ends with soft vanilla and brown sugar
